Terms of Service

• Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis via our website or authorized partners.
• Please contact us by 18:00 on the previous day to cancel or modify your booking. Same-day cancellations incur a 100% fee.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations when false information is provided or operational safety may be compromised.

• All guests must follow crew instructions, wear life jackets when requested, and observe onboard safety rules.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or with health conditions that may endanger themselves or others may be denied boarding.
• Please manage personal belongings. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage unless caused by our gross negligence.

• Fees are payable on the day of service by cash or approved credit cards unless otherwise stated.
• Optional services (drone filming, special arrangements, etc.) may require additional charges to be settled before departure.
• Prices may change without notice. Confirm the latest rates at the time of reservation.

• Operations may be postponed or cancelled due to weather, sea conditions, mechanical issues, or governmental guidance.
• In the event of cancellation initiated by us, we will contact you promptly to reschedule or refund any prepaid fees.
• We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).

• Photographs and videos taken by our staff may be used for promotional purposes with guest consent collected during onboarding.
• Logos, trademarks, and content provided on our website remain the property of BAC Luxury Cruising. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Oita District Court, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
